Almedia is a bootstrapped Berlin company running a rewarded-advertising platform: users earn rewards for engaging with advertisers' products, and advertisers get a new user-acquisition channel. The Venture Manager turns founder-level ideas into standalone business units, end to end: launch and build new ventures from scratch, execute high-priority missions directly with the CEO through rapid testing, and own strategic relationships with the largest advertisers. They want consulting sharpness paired with execution. EUR 80-110K plus equity and bonus, five days a week in the Berlin office.
