Operations Lead

Eurobrain · Amsterdam, Netherlands

Operations Lead at Eurobrain, an early-stage Amsterdam AI company that finds where frontier models fall short in domains like manufacturing, finance and law, then builds the benchmarks and training data to fix it by mobilising large pools of domain experts. You run complex projects across hundreds of engineers against hard customer deadlines, diagnose bottlenecks and ship workflow fixes, recruit and onboard waves of engineers, lawyers and finance experts, and build the scaling infrastructure: incentives, sequencing, instructions, review. Heavy weeks, weekend responsiveness expected, a company-building seat. Amsterdam.
