Chief of Staff to CEO Daniel Dippold at EWOR, the founder fellowship and evergreen holding that funds roughly 35 outlier founders a year and gives them compute, talent, distribution and fundraising support. You run the CEO office: set priorities for two EAs and a PA, act as escalation point, draft high-stakes emails to founders, LPs and investors in his voice, automate processes, protect deep-work time and push back with numbers when workloads are underestimated. Wants a Chief of Staff, operations or generalist background at a breakout company, or investment banking or MBB. Flawless written English, ideally German. Candid about the intensity: 16-hour days and weekends are named in the posting. Full-time in Berlin, hybrid or remote.
