The Founder's Associate works directly with the founders on whatever matters that week: investor materials and financial models, fundraising and due diligence, special projects, internal operations, and recruiting for key roles. 1-3 years in consulting, banking, VC or a high-growth startup. EUR 30-40k plus 0.1-0.25% equity under the Italian innovative-startup regime. On-site in Bologna, Italian required.
