Next chapter is buy-and-build, and this seat sits next to the CEO running it. One hire, Founders Associate or Chief of Staff depending on how far along you are. The mandate: the CEO's execution arm across departments, how the company operates, and the projects nobody owns yet. For ex-consulting, ex-banking, ex-venture or an operator ready for more surface area. Berlin, onsite or hybrid, working German required. Start ideally November or December 2026. Comp depends on the seat.
